Why I love it
The grand Italian caffè by the Town Hall — open kitchen down one side, cocktail bar down the other, and a terrace that turns Clarence Street into a little piazza when the sun shows up. Fresh pasta made in view, white-jacketed service, and the kind of room that makes a Tuesday lunch feel like an occasion.
